No prime minister, president or the sports person become special to fly in trainer aircraft. Secondly, once no technician is allowed to go in the air after the maintenance of aircraft to check the serviceability of the system. They are merely allowed to go for ground run. They are the only person who are supposed to know the the facts of the aircraft system whether those are correctly assembled and are functioning normally.
