Today ' s world , we are seeing the spectacles are on the nose of the people. It is the aid to see the object clearly. But it make the man uncomfortable. Many time it slip down and get fractured and you have loose your pocket to see better.

Now you need not to worry about the spectacles because it will not put its weight on your nose and you not feel ashamed to listen ye you are wearing specs in such a younger age and you will not feel guilty also as before.

Here I am telling some exercise to be done both the time morning and evening . You have to do these exercises for 2 to 3 minutes with light hand of your eyes and you will get rid off the specs burden. These very easy to carry out.

You take your hand' s thumb and index finger and put on the nose just near to eye inner corner and pull the skin up word to get circulation to flow more in the region. It will give strength to the eye muscles. Then the upper lid of eye to be message by pulling it out word . Then the lower lid to be done in the same manner.

At last you do round circulatory massage of both the lids . Then close the eyes for few seconds to get the muscles relaxed. then rub your palm and put on the eyes . Your tension will be release with this also and you will feel relaxed . You can do for your betterment.
