The on set of Summer along with cyclonic rain has knocked the region. The temperature is touching its high point. The people are wetting the clothes with sweat and making life uneasy. It is the time when special protective measures to be taken to maintain normal health. Excessive draining out with sweating causing dehydration , fainting and syncope.

In this order to do is 1 maintain the water input in the body to drink water at regular interval. In case of dehydration , rehydrate the electrolyte balance with ORS packs or lemon juice .
Lemon is the Ram Ban in this respect . Always keep it as your body guard in your bag or pocket along with water bottle when ever moves out for some purpose. 2. Umbrella is the head protector from the scolding heat to prevent from sun burn. 3.Keep Head covering cloth like Cap , Pagari . You can use sun cream also as protective measure.
4. Avoid unwanted move in the noon , take rest at regular interval if mandatory to go . Give rest to vehicle also to prevent overheating and save from fire. 5 U se dark glasses on eyes to prevent from headache and strain on the eyes.
