Remedy For Blockage of Nose

Mostly one condition is arised all of sudden that a person is feeling difficulty in taking breath. One of the either nostril is blocked due to the air trapped in one of the nostril. Which causes lot of problem in breathing.

It is due to washing the face in sweating condition and mostly it due to other gases is taken out by blood stream as normal process. The sinus is meant for receiving unwanted gas. Which fills the sinus block it and create difficulty in respiration.

Here is a exercise , which relieve in the passage and reduce the spasm in the sinus. There are two points just near bi side of both the flap of nose . You have to press the point of blockage side five to ten times. It will open the nostril and you will get relief.

Second , You lay down on bed and turn the body opposite to the blockage side. Blocked nostril to be upside for a while. It will open the restriction. You should come in the flat position after opening other wise it will block the other side.

It Shame on the part of IAF

Indian air force is now a day in the practice of flying non official person in the fighter aircraft. It is not at all good for the air force. They do no even the ABCD of technology of the aircraft. If they have pressed any switch by mistake, what will happen the can imagine. It may result in to crash. Better avoid this practice. No prime minister, president or the sports person become special to fly in trainer aircraft. Secondly, once no technician is allowed to go in the air after the maintenance of aircraft to check the serviceability of the system. They are merely allowed to go for ground run. They are the only person who are supposed to know the the facts of the aircraft system whether those are correctly assembled and are functioning normally. They deprived this facility to get acknowledged the facts. The pilots who do not know the much about the technology of aircraft system , blame the innocent technician later on when fault reoccurring in the space of air

I my self Sgt Suraj Bhan Moan retired declare that I have changed the spelling of my name as Sooraj Bhan Lohchab Moan my previous birth of SDN for known to public use along with my fake date of birth 08 June 1966 ,has been corrected as 19may 1965 which was wrongly endorsed along with my wrong name as Surjit s/o Baldev in birth and death register of Fathebad district as 19may 1966. This nonsense has been made by Ram Singh Patwari s/o Harlal and Sankar Dhanak Chokidar . I asked to show the birth records register kept with Chokidar , Balad Dhanak s/o Sankar Dhanak refused to show me the register to check my Date of Birth.Then he joined the gange of Sukargar and Munigar the beggers to rape the women of subvillages of Kirmara along with Bhala Kanna .At present this gange has taken vast shape and opened the offices at different places in India. I my self has kept my date of birth 19 may 1965 uncertified so that I can catch the culprits and can be awarded punishment from Barhma's office

एक शानदार नतीजा निकला।
