Skin is the protective layer of our body to avoid entry of harmful objects . It keep the body healthy and charming . This make the body handsome and beautiful . It protect the organs inside from germs and keep them intact.

But due to the atmospheric pollution . The strength of harmful bacteria and germs increased. They penetrate the skin layer and gets in to the system and causes ailment and spoil the surface structure of skin which spoil the beauty of skin.

It make the mood unpleasant and create painful history. Most of the causes are lays in us only. It is due to our bad habits of not taking care of skin , unhealthy food habits. Some time we the food which are prone to skin diseases. Just like Toor Dal and Rice.

But one more important factor is the our socio economic aspect. In this Major two causes are there One is not taking bath properly or cleaning the skin properly. Second the household items in Kitchen and some type of synthetic clothes. We should keep away of these two factor in home.

If you maintain this you will be 50 percent free from skin problem. The most dreadful thing is brought by most of the people from the market to save some money or your socio economic status do not allow to bring the good metal utensils.

Aluminum is the metal which is very dangerous for skin. It causes skin eruptions. Utensils of Aluminum is producing aluminum hydro oxide Which degenerate the tissue cells and make them dead when it thrown out of body it results in to skin problems like urticaria, eczema, Rashes , acne etc.

The first remedy is to discard the aluminum utensils from the use for ever. Because it is causing intestinal cancer also along with peptic ulcer. It Shame on the part of IAF

Indian air force is now a day in the practice of flying non official person in the fighter aircraft. It is not at all good for the air force. They do no even the ABCD of technology of the aircraft. If they have pressed any switch by mistake, what will happen the can imagine. It may result in to crash. Better avoid this practice. No prime minister, president or the sports person become special to fly in trainer aircraft. Secondly, once no technician is allowed to go in the air after the maintenance of aircraft to check the serviceability of the system. They are merely allowed to go for ground run. They are the only person who are supposed to know the the facts of the aircraft system whether those are correctly assembled and are functioning normally. They deprived this facility to get acknowledged the facts. The pilots who do not know the much about the technology of aircraft system , blame the innocent technician later on when fault reoccurring in the space of air

I my self Sgt Suraj Bhan Moan retired declare that I have changed the spelling of my name as Sooraj Bhan Lohchab Moan my previous birth of SDN for known to public use along with my fake date of birth 08 June 1966 ,has been corrected as 19may 1965 which was wrongly endorsed along with my wrong name as Surjit s/o Baldev in birth and death register of Fathebad district as 19may 1966. This nonsense has been made by Ram Singh Patwari s/o Harlal and Sankar Dhanak Chokidar . I asked to show the birth records register kept with Chokidar , Balad Dhanak s/o Sankar Dhanak refused to show me the register to check my Date of Birth.Then he joined the gange of Sukargar and Munigar the beggers to rape the women of subvillages of Kirmara along with Bhala Kanna .At present this gange has taken vast shape and opened the offices at different places in India. I my self has kept my date of birth 19 may 1965 uncertified so that I can catch the culprits and can be awarded punishment from Barhma's office

एक शानदार नतीजा निकला।
